Vinyasa Flow and Forms Series
In this class series, we will explore various aspects of vinyasa yoga. Each class will begin with a flow of Sun Salutations and standing poses to warm up the body and then we will look deeper into the alignment of postures common in vinyasa yoga classes. Some of the featured poses that we will explore will include Chaturanga, Upward Dog and Downward Dog, arm balances and inversions. This class will be a great compliment to your regular yoga practice and will help you better understand the postures that we usually flow though, giving you a more balanced, safer daily practice.
